Premium Organic Kyoto Matcha Canister

Try Premium JAS Certified Organic First Harvest Matcha from Kyoto, Japan. A blend of first and second grade leaves grown specifically for matcha. This is great as a latte and baking, but still delicious as tea especially if you like a sharper matcha flavour. Made from a blend of first and second harvest leaves, this organic tea has beautiful floral notes and genuine tea flavour, great for lattes. 

Now in an airtight tin, with an inner lid to keep your Hōjicha fresher for longer. 

Please keep it stored in a foil bag, or fill to top to keep oxygen to a minimum. Keep in a beverage fridge to best retain flavour and colour.

What is matcha?

Why use matcha?
Perfect for you if you struggle with coffee and needing an alternative. Matcha is unique because of the amino acid l'theanine present. When paired with matcha’s naturally occurring caffeine, this lessens the side effects normally associated with coffee such as anxiety and restlessness. It’s also a great natural food colouring and commonly seen in baked goods and desserts.
