Superior Mie Matcha Canister

Try Superior First Harvest Matcha from Mie, Japan. The highest grade of finely ground First Harvest green tea leaves grown specifically for matcha now in a reusbale tin. This is a delicate and balanced tea, best served as tea to appreciate its flavour. Sometimes this grade is known as "Ceremonial Grade". 

Now in an airtight tin, with an inner lid to keep your matcha fresher for longer. 

Please keep it stored in a foil bag, or fill to top to keep oxygen to a minimum. Keep in a beverage fridge to best retain flavour and colour.

What is matcha?
Matcha is powdered green tea leaves - think of a supercharged green tea! A great alternative to coffee.

Why use matcha?
Perfect for you if you struggle with coffee and needing an alternative. Matcha is unique because of the amino acid l'theanine present. When paired with matcha’s naturally occurring caffeine, this lessens the side effects normally associated with coffee such as anxiety and restlessness. It’s also a great natural food colouring and commonly seen in baked goods and desserts.

The Mie region matcha has a distinct sweetness and is extremely smooth. This is best appreciated as tea and ideal for people who prefer a lighter taste to their matcha.
